 My name is Kate, I set up KC Cares in 2016 when I couldn't find a suitable pet care service for my Pug, Cat and tropical fish.

I now have two rescued Pugs as well as the Cat and fish!

I have had lots of pets over the last 50 plus years including exotics, so whatever pets you have we have the love, experience and expertise to provide them with the very highest standards of care.

​Premium pet care is about offering a service that is distinguishable
in a competitive space. 
By that, we mean, we provide the same level of care that, you, the owner would provide. Reassuring customers that their beloved animals are in good hands and are enjoying their activities whilst you are not at home. 

'What activities will you do with my pet?'

Whatever your pet enjoys to do the most or, whatever you, the owner, want to achieve with your pet. For example; 
Within our premium dog walks; We can incorporate swimming and/or ball games, socialisation and stimulation and training reinforcement.

'Are your services fully insured?'

Yes, absolutely; our services are insured by PBI (Pet Business Insurance) with full public and employers liability. Our vehicles are coverered by comprehensive business use insurance, also.
